Anyone who has not yet signed up for Individual Assistance for the April Flood Emergency Disaster may do so at www.disasterassistance.gov For those wishing to do so in person, FEMA will be onsite at the Manitowoc County Emergency Management EOC, located at 1024 S. 9th Street, Manitowoc, on Wednesday, July 22, and Thursday, July 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Please bring any documentation with you such as photos and invoices.  No appointment is needed.
